We really had the pleasure of having our “Petals Apartment” constructed and headed by Mr.Anirudh Gupta.
As everyone knows, Owning a house is everyone’s dream and to get the dream fulfilled we need a torch bearer who should be loyal, dedicated and an experienced professional builder.

As part of expanding our presence in India, we decided to open an office in Hyderabad in 2009. It all started with my accidental visits to Paris, Architectural capital of the world. The serene facades, exquisite balconies with captivating grill motives, pleasant painting schemes etc overwhelmed me. Needless to say, that they would eventually be amalgamated into my residential building near Apollo Hospitals, Jubilee Hills. But the exercise needed an adroit and astute builder with an imagination.
Anirudh endowed with the capabilities of translating the fascinations into the reality without forgoing the principles of robust structural engineering and living comforts ended the search. It helped that he is a quintessential builder with integrity and commitment.
Diligent planning from conceptualization to the end and strict adherence to the sacred timelines are the hallmarks of Anirudh’s enterprise. Despite the constraints arising out of the pandemic Corona the project was completed on time due to his untiring efforts.
Ever ready to slide into the role of an architect, engineer, resource person and invigorate builder that he is, becomes an integral part of the project and galvanizes the construction with a hands on approach.
He had put up with my nuance demands of perfection and finer detailing and yet came out with a pragmatic end product owing to unlimited patience, receptivity and innovativeness.
It is no over statement if I am to indulge in admitting that the building upon completion was the closest to my fascination. Thanks to him the building came into being floor by floor like a well orchestrated symphony under a master composer.
Anirudh commands a team of committed skilled persons working willfully and faithfully on account of his empathy and honesty in the dealings. He has also to his credit a network of trusted and quality vendors ready to oblige.
In all, we enjoyed working with him during and after the project and sincerely wish that he would grow higher and stronger in future projects.
